Wreath Workshop @ Whitegrass

With plans to stay a spell, we returned to the amazing early, snowy winter in Canaan Valley. Thanks to the “brotherhood of travel bums” we have the use of a charming old house in Davis, WV. We can ski the day away, return home, fix a fine meal and play a game of scrabble.  If the next few weeks consist of nothing but snow, pasta and Mt. State Brew, I’ll be a happy ski bum.

On our first full day back in the valley, we slid the van in sideways to the wreath making workshop at Whitegrass. Steve and I made three large wreaths. We aren’t typically the Christmas craft type but we both enjoyed the wreath making. Now we just have to figure out where to put them. Steve wants to put one on the front of the van but I just don’t know about that after all the work we put into them.
